HCl Sintaclor
Mersen provides a turnkey, pre-assembled HCL Sintaclor® system for HCI manufacturing.
Mersen’s HCL Sintaclor® anti-corrosion system is composed of:
- A compact, integrated, synthesis unit that performs combustion, absorption and cooling.
- A packed tail, tower that scrubs the residual gas releasing clean vent gas into the atmosphere.
The synthesis unit and the tail tower are manufactured in Graphilor® 3, while piping is made of Armylor®.
