WiN - Women in Mersen network - North America 2024 Summit

The North American Women in Mersen network had their 2024 Summit hosted by our site in Salem, VA. The WiN Summit was facilitated by Cassie Leonard, author, leadership coach and founder of ELMM Coaching. She walked WiN members through the process of discovering their unique personal and professional strengths. All participants identified creative ways to leverage those strengths to meet work-life balance goals.

Mersen was honored to dedicate part of their 2024 WiN Summit agenda to community service projects at HopeTree Family Services, a local partnership that serves diverse and vulnerable populations. Participants undertook significant projects to enhance the living spaces of several community homes, to maintain gardens and to organize toy storage area, ensuring that the children served by HopeTree have access to well-kept and enjoyable resources. Mersen is honored to support HopeTree, an incredible resource for families in need, and WiN is delighted to contribute to their mission.
